• - A Touch Tone Phone
• - Your Credit Union Account Number
• - Your Personal Identification Number (PIN)

Need to transfer funds or check on an account balance? PATTY will be glad to help you! In fact, PATTY can also tell you if a check has cleared, what your last deposit was, or help with a variety of other transactions.

Safety is ensured because even if someone knows your account number and PIN, the telephone transactions only work within your personal account. PATTY cannot transfer money to another person’s account, make a check payable to another person or send a check to another person’s address.
